Exercise

You’ll never regret a workout but finding the motivation to exercise at home in the first place is tough!
So to help, we’ve put together some top tips on how to stay motivated to workout from home.
Routine is everything
Plan your day like you would if you were leaving the house to go to work and structure in regular tasks. Write it down on paper and place it somewhere you can see it then tick the day off as you go. Aiming to workout at the same time each day is a great way to ensure you stay on track.
Start small
Can’t commit to that 1-hour long class? Don’t fret, just 15 minutes of daily exercise can make a positive difference to how you feel. Aim for little and often and you’ll soon start to notice an improvement in your overall wellbeing.
Find an online workout you actually enjoy
Exercise should be fun, and that’s why we love Frame’s online classes. One of our favourites is the 90s dance cardio class, guaranteed to take you to your happy place and leave you grinning from ear to ear! You can access Frame online from £6 per month.
Create a workout area
Dedicate a space in your home to working out. The night before each work out day, ensure the area is set-up ready for you to jump right in.
